1. Age requirements
- Users must be at least 14. We may request age information, restrict features, or remove accounts where age requirements are not met.
- A content rating in an app store does not override Niero’s minimum account age or local parental-consent requirements.
2. Child sexual abuse and exploitation
- Niero prohibits child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual exploitation, sexualization of minors, sextortion, trafficking, solicitation, and attempts to obtain sexual content or meetings from a minor.
- We may immediately remove content, preserve evidence, suspend accounts, and report matters to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or law enforcement when required or appropriate under applicable law.
3. Reporting and blocking
- Users can report content and accounts and block users through the app. Reports involving immediate danger, exploitation, or a minor are prioritized.
- If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Do not forward or redistribute suspected child sexual abuse material when reporting it.
4. Teen safety rules
- Do not pressure minors for private contact information, sexual content, money, secrecy, travel, or in-person meetings.
- Do not expose a minor’s precise location, school, home address, identity documents, or other sensitive information without a lawful and appropriate basis.
- Direct messages are subject to Niero’s relationship and safety controls. Users should use block and report tools when an interaction feels unsafe.
5. Enforcement
Niero may use reports, technical signals, automated tools, and human review where available. No moderation system detects every violation. Enforcement can include content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension or termination, evidence preservation, and legally required reports.
6. Information about minors
Niero limits collection to information used for accounts, safety, and service functionality. We do not knowingly permit under-14 accounts. Our Privacy Policy explains location, analytics, advertising, retention, deletion, and rights.
7. Safety contact
Report a child-safety concern through the in-app reporting tools or email support@niero.app with “Child Safety” in the subject. Include links or identifiers needed to locate the account or content, but do not attach illegal material.
