The public park at Riggae, nearly 15 hectares, is one of Kuwait's original 23 Designated Gardens, offering both active and passive recreation facilities. It features areas for walking and picnicking, a jogging trail, a multi-purpose sports court, a soccer field, and playgrounds for children. An administration building with offices, a cafeteria, toilets, and a clock tower serves as the central focus of the garden.
